Ingredients
- 700g boneless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper
- Pita bread
- Tahini sauce
Instructions
- 1 Combine oil, lemon, garlic, and spices.
- 2 Marinate chicken 2+ hours.
- 3 Preheat oven to 220C.
- 4 Roast 25-30 minutes.
- 5 Slice thinly, serve in pita with tahini.
