Ingredients

  • 700g boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pita bread
  • Tahini sauce

Instructions

  1. 1 Combine oil, lemon, garlic, and spices.
  2. 2 Marinate chicken 2+ hours.
  3. 3 Preheat oven to 220C.
  4. 4 Roast 25-30 minutes.
  5. 5 Slice thinly, serve in pita with tahini.
