Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 5 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1 Preheat oven to 160C.
- 2 Heat cream until simmering.
- 3 Whisk yolks and sugar until pale.
- 4 Temper cream into eggs.
- 5 Strain, pour into ramekins, bake in water bath 40-45 min.
- 6 Chill 4+ hours. Torch sugar on top before serving.
