Ingredients
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 cup San Marzano tomato sauce
- 200g fresh mozzarella, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- 1 Mix flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil. Knead 8 minutes.
- 2 Let dough rise for 1 hour.
- 3 Preheat oven to 250C.
- 4 Stretch dough into 12-inch round.
- 5 Spread sauce, add mozzarella.
- 6 Bake 10-12 minutes.
- 7 Top with fresh basil and olive oil.
